Learning to help my clients more by recognising red flags and being comfortable asking someone some very uncomfortable questions!

I find it very important that massage therapists are aware of su***de prevention and mental health...

We can often be the first person that someone opens up to, so it's important we know how best to help our clients!

Yesterday was truely a horrible day!

As you may of seen I've had a few cancellations lately and I've had to send out my terms and conditions...

Last night, because a new client forgot her appointment time and turned up 25minutes late, by which I had gone home after trying to message her, I was threatened with a legal team!

Because SHE forgot her appointment time!

I was called a liar, unprofessional, disgusting, and I am terrible at running a professional business because I rob people and leave work early! I have had hurtful emails sent to me and faced me having to get cctv footage from my building!

I am crushed today.

I have always had high standards and the upmost respect of my clients, but when it is not my fault in anyway I cannot do any more than turn to my T's and C's and stand by them.

Please respect my small business and understand that I am human too!
