CWC Update 🖤

Hey everyone, we just wanted to be completely open and honest…

Running a small business has been harder than we ever imagined, especially with costs going up across the board and other work commitments.
But we’re not giving up on Contrast Wellness Club, we believe in it and we believe in what it can do for people.

So we’re making a few changes to help CWC run better and be sustainable long term:

✅ New opening hours / session times
✅ A small price increase (£12 → £14)
✅memberships and block bookings remain the same

These changes will help us keep the quality high, run sessions efficiently, and continue improving the experience for all of you.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported, booked, shared, and cheered us on, we appreciate you more than you know 🤍

Thankyou for your patience with re confirming appointments.

All appointments have now been booked back in so if you haven’t had this confirmation still, then please contact us as soon as possible.

We will be making some changes going forward to help make contrast wellness club run as efficiently as possible going forward - these will be posted soon.
