This year has been incredibly busy, and I’m so grateful that you continue to choose and support me. I also want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness, patience, and understanding you showed while I was off poorly — it truly meant more than you’ll ever know.

When I think of autumn I think of wrapping up warm, being all cosy in my comfy big jumpers enjoying a pumpkin spice latte in my favourite coffee shop. Enjoy the warming and relaxing treatment with a heated bed, starting off with a pumpkin sugar back scrub to gently buff away dead skin cells leaving your skin soft, smoother and conditioned. Then enjoy a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage using our pumpkin spice oil. This will treat your senses with the amazing autumnal aroma. This package starts with a citrus and vitamin C full body scrub. Vitamin C is the perfect ingredient for waking up your skin whilst gently exfoliating and removing dead skin cells to reveal brighter looking skin. Exfoliation enhances moisturiser absorption which is why i have paired this up with a vitamin C body moisturiser applied with massage like techniques. Your skin will be smoother, brighter and visibly glowing. Full body scrubs are great for improving circulation, lymphatic drainage and smoother skin texture.

Next is a Vitamin C facial starting with a double cleanse, tone, exfoliation, sheet mask, serum and a hands on facial massage finished with ice globes to reduce any puffiness and improve lymphatic drainage which will leave your skin nourished, radiant and absolutely glowing.

Here is the February and March package offer 🙌 The Hammam is one of the oldest cleansing traditions in the world. Experience the ultimate feeling of purification with Rosemary and Eucalyptus, giving you energy the whole day.
The process starts off with massaging black soap onto the back then exfoliate using a Kessa glove then remove with hot steamed towels. Next is the sea salt hot scrub rubbed all over in circular movements then again removed with hot steamed towels. The body mud is then applied and whilst that does its job you get a scalp massage, remove with hot steamed towels then a massage using hot stones and warming Organic Argan massage oil. Followed by a lower leg and foot scrub and then a hot stone massage then finish with a hot stone facial. Pure bliss!

LETS TALK TIGHT MUSCLES……

I have quite a few clients who struggle with tightness in their muscles causing constant pain, discomfort and stiffness and do you know these clients aren’t your typical gym goers they are people who are suffering due to their work and everyday stresses. These include hairdressers, office workers (desk jobs), drivers (sitting), florists, shop floor staff (standing), beauticians and massage therapists like myself to name a few. They all come for a regular massage to help them able bodied to continue to work.

When muscles are tight, muscle fibres become stiff and rigid which limits movement and can cause muscular imbalances. Due to excessive repetitive strain, the muscle remains in a shortened state causing imbalance in the body. Tight muscles can pull posture out of alignment. The problem of muscles tightening up can be reduced with massage. Massage stimulates blood flow in the muscles, increasing the temperature. An increase in temperature and blood flow allows the muscles to relax. Once muscles are relaxed and lengthened, posture and movement will improve. There are many reasons why muscles become tight, stress, anxiety, bad posture, over use but the most common reason is emotional stress and poor posture. Receiving a massage for tight muscles will reduces tension, decrease pain and improve range of movement.
