Fibromyalgia and Limbic Reflexology -"Techniques founded by Hamish Edgar. MAR and Psychiatric Nurse'.

I just had to share with you an exciting development and therapy which I am adding to my therapies at Clarrissa's Tree! LIMBIC REFLEXOLOGY.

What is Limbic Reflexology?

An appropriately trained Reflexologist can help stress and sleep problems using techniques on the big toe area. There are 3 well known areas. In Limbic Reflexology there are no less that 30 reflexes, all corresponding to areas of the brain, which cover stress, fear, memory and pain and chemical/ hormone release. The techniques can be used stand alone or as part of a full systems treatment.
Hamish who runs the course at Gaia School of Natural Health, ( aka my Mothership !) Firmly believes when the techniques are used, one of the conditions which can be tackled is Fibromyalgia! A condition which is extremely difficult to diagnose and even more difficult to treat! Excitingly.....He and his students are about to take part in a whole new research project with the findings!

Anyway, I am 2/3rds of the way through and this extremely challenging course and look at the feedback from one of my fabulous regular clients, who I am in debted to for being a great Fibromyalgia client.. Thank you P. M!💝

Only one thing for it to make sure my beautiful elderly mobile clients keep warm!!!
