My classes definitely change the way my members think about food/drink. Maybe for the first time they feel in control of food/drink??
It’s about not demonising food/drink, but being given the knowledge to make healthier choices.
Facts about ultra processed foods, and how they impact our gut health.
How moving move is essential to our body and mind.
It’s all about lifestyle and moderation in a fun, relaxed atmosphere with like minded people.
Can’t guarantee that we won’t fall ill but we can be the best version of ourselves.

Wow !! Just been out to the New Inn for dinner and had a chicken Sizzler but only had half and asked them for some foil for the other so my husband can have that on a barm for tea . So I’m a different person and in control as before I would have had it all and pud , everything you have said to us it puts little seed in our heads and we take it on board. Thankyou Ann xx
