Hey everyone!

We just wanted to hop on here to say a huge thank you to all the amazing businesses who have kindly agreed to host collection boxes for our Alpha Minds Food Bank Donation Drive this year!

If you’re in the area, please, please, please pop a little treat into one of the boxes — it can be anything from a tin of fruit that’s been hiding in the cupboard, to a tube of toothpaste, or even a few bits from a small shop if you’re able to.

We truly appreciate every single donation, no matter how big or small. Nobody should have to go without this Christmas, and with your help, we can make a real difference.

This year, we’ll be donating to four food banks, so let’s pull together and help make sure each one receives a generous amount of food and toiletries.

📅 7th December – Alpha Minds Yuletide Stumble
Join us for a 10 mile sponsored walk visiting 12 pubs, with hot drinks, snacks, and a delicious meal at Hickory’s to finish! 😋

We’re donating to 4 local food banks this year:
🥫 Trussell Trust (Rhyl & Abergele District)
🥫 Kings Storehouse (Rhyl)
🥫 Conwy Food Bank (Llandudno)

If you’ve got any spare bits in your cupboards, please pop them in one of our collection boxes! Every tin counts. 💪

• The Ablett Unit – Ysbyty Glan Clwyd
• K2’s Hair Salon – Towyn
• Towyn Community Hall (Mon, Tues & Fri, 6–8pm)

🎅 Christmas Week – NWAS Christmas Funday!
We’ll be delivering Christmas gift bags and joining in with festive fun to help bring joy to young people spending Christmas on the ward. 🎁

🍲 24th December – Salvation Army Soup Kitchen
This year we’re getting hands-on by volunteering with the Salvation Army Soup Kitchen. We’ll be bringing plenty of supplies to make sure no one goes hungry this Christmas. ❤️
