The squat is essential to your well being.
Here are some tips to improve common faults seen in the squat.

Lower the hips down and back until below the knee height. Slow movements down to learn the process.

Knee cave - without turning the feet out try to open the legs driving the knees outwards, keep feet flat to the floor.

Heel lift - Put weight into the heels, imagine how you would sit on a chair. Hold a weight in front to help with balance to slowly learn the movement pattern.

Rounded Back - Raise arms up high and squeeze abdominal muscles.

WHY WOULD YOU JOIN?

1. Honestly you’ll get to fit, what would you do with all the extra energy? Feeling good all the time? Damn it must be annoying 🤷‍♂️

2. You’ll just get to strong, imagine being able to love stuff around without help and not feeling weak and being able to walk unaided into later life 💪

3. You’ll make to many friends, imagine having to socialise with people that push to make you better, withing a community that will back you to do anything 😜
