As we look ahead to February, we are highlighting 2 vital campaigns: Children’s Mental Health Week (9-15/2) and National Heart Month.

We're also pleased to announce a new range of wellbeing training designed for the modern workplace, including: 1️⃣ Neurodiversity in the Workplace (to create inclusive and productive teams) and 2️⃣ Men’s Mental Health (to break the stigma and providing real support).

We had an absolute pleasure of supporting Sarah Williams, Inclusion Consultant at Equality Counts Ltd, through our 'Managing Teams through Change' and 'Wellbeing Champions' training courses.

Is anxiety, depression or a physical condition stopping you from getting into work? If you live in Denbighshire, we may be able to help you!

We are pleased to be working with Working Denbighshire on a new project called ‘Beyond Barriers’. This project offers support and rapid access to therapies to help people overcome health barriers to work.

If you live in Denbighshire and not currently working because of a health condition, you may be eligible for up to 8 free sessions of therapy through our registered, specialist providers.

We can support with:

• Physical conditions such as musculo-skeletal issues, back pain
• Mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression

RCS are able to help employers, employees and those looking to get back to work to better cope with the uncertainties of 2020. Whether you are a small-medium size business, a member of staff or someone with anxiety looking to get back into work, you can self-refer to us and we can offer FREE help.
