New project launch with Healthy Working Wales: Young People in Employment!

We’re excited to announce that RCS has been commissioned by Healthy Working Wales to explore young people’s health and wellbeing at work, with a focus on mental health.

Young workers face unique pressures — from job insecurity to stress and burnout. This project will help us listen, learn, and shape better workplace support so young people across Wales can stay well and build sustainable careers.

Lansio prosiect newydd gyda Cymru Iach ar Waith: Pobl Ifanc mewn Cyflogaeth!

Rydym yn gyffrous i gyhoeddi bod Cymru Iach ar Waith (HWW) wedi comisiynu RCS i ystyried iechyd a llesiant pobl ifanc yn y gweithle, gyda phwyslais ar iechyd meddwl.

Mae gweithwyr ifanc yn wynebu pwysau unigryw — o ansicrwydd swydd i straen a llosgi allan. Bydd y prosiect hwn yn ein helpu i wrando, dysgu a llunio gwell cefnogaeth yn y gweithle fel y gall pobl ifanc ledled Cymru aros yn iach ac adeiladu gyrfaoedd cynaliadwy.

📣 Mwy o ddiweddariadau yn dod yn fuan — gan gynnwys ffyrdd o gymryd rhan.
