Zero Discrimination Day (1st March) marks an annual UN campaign, and this year’s theme is 'Save lives: Decriminalise.' It is a vital reminder that everyone deserves to live a life of equality, dignity and inclusion, regardless of their background or situation.🤝

As an employer, we would like to foster a culture where every voice is heard and every identity is respected. A few actions we can do:

• Implement inclusive hiring practices
• Provide ‘Diversity and Unconscious Bias’ training to all employees
• Establish transparent reporting channels

This Eating Disorders Awareness Week (23 Feb - 1 Mar), we’re standing with Beat to shine a light on a journey many face in silence. Eating disorders are complex. They aren’t just about food - they are complex mental health conditions that impact every part of a person's life.

If your relationship with food or your body feels like a weight you can’t carry alone, please know support is available. How to take action:

➡️ Speak to a GP: Request an online consultation to start the conversation.
➡️ Contact Beat: Reach out to Beat, the UK’s leading eating disorder charity for advice.
➡️ Be patient: Recovery is a journey, not a race.

Visit the Beat website for expert guidance: https://bit.ly/2TVFAZK
