👂 On examination ear drum has been perforated

👂 Cotton bud to blame, as you could maybe guess from the picture

👂 This will heal over given time and appropriate care

👂 Advised to keep ear dry avoid swimming, excessive nose blowing and report any discharge from the ear

👂 To be followed up with ENT to monitor progress

👂 Tilt your head to let water drain out
