Why should I learn First Aid ?

A study commissioned by the British Red Cross found that up to 59% of deaths from injury may of been prevented, if first aid was given before the medical services arrived.
The latest Health & Safety statistics for 2019/20 show that 693,000 working people sustained an injury at Work.

I know that I am bias, but by learning a few simple steps, you will have the confidence to utilise them and potentially save a life.

Can I learn First Aid during lockdown ?

The simple answer is YES.....as long as the Government’s Corona Virus restrictions are strictly adhered to.
