We need sunlight in sensible amounts - it seems the advice we have received about its dangers may be overstated. Interesting article.

According to a June 2014 article featured in The Independent (UK), a major study conducted by researchers at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden found that women who avoid sunbathing during the summer are twice as likely to die as those who sunbathe every day.

Why are 'college' courses so much longer than ours? In my own experience, classes are large (about 20 in many colleges). You will receive correction and help, but obviously not much as the teacher has to get around the whole class. Courses in FE are designed for school leavers who don't choose to go on to A' level and so they need to focus on basic skills which you may already have. We specialise in intensive courses for adults - a totally different type of training from the courses provided in 'college'. Our Guild accreditation tells you that our training materials, tutor qualifications and teaching quality have been externally validated.
