It might have been a miserable few weeks but we had a lovely day celebrating our 5th birthday 🌿✨🧖🏼‍♀️
A day to switch off and actually catch up properly 🌿 We are like ships that pass in the night at the moment but very grateful you are keeping us busy 🙏🏼

This was a pleasure to be able to teach my daughter 🥰. We had a lovely afternoon playing around on the reformer, teaching her how her body is connected and how it should be working. Pilates is so important at any age, learning how our bodies move is one of the greatest gifts 🌿 ❤️
