What a month! 👏 My members have last 234lbs between them and we finished the month off by celebrating our Slimming World Icons in group 🥰

Steve, Vicky, Lorna and Ruby inspire, encourage and support everyone bringing great energy and commitment to the group. Between them they have lost an incredible 21 Stone 12lbs 😱 Congratulations!! 🥳

Let’s hear it for Anne, our Diamond Member 2025, who is shining brighter than ever 💎!

At her heaviest, Anne weighed nearly 17st (108kg) and had been overweight all her life. She says she’d become so unhealthy, she hated who she saw in the mirror.

Now, at 82, she’s maintained her incredible 6st 2lbs (39kg) weight loss for 14 years ✨. Anne found the unbeatable success, acceptance and support she was looking for in her local Slimming World group ❤.

⭐️⭐️ Last week I gave out these fabulous awards⭐️⭐️

Caroline joined in January and reached her 5 stone target, food optimising and ensuring she has her daily chocolate fix! 🍫She’s also done the Couch to 5k 🏃‍♀️which she wouldn’t have been able to do without her weight loss 🥳

Becky achieved her 2 Stone award, looking fabulous and getting the Slimmer of the Week award! 🏆

Jaz achieved her 4.5 Stone award changing her habits and setting mini goals along the way to keep her focused 👏

Lorna also achieved her 4.5 Stone award since joining in March. She has embraced food optimising, dropped dress sizes and is wearing colour! 🥰
