Dear Patients

Please be advised that essential building and maintenance work has started on the middle floor at the Gade Surgery, Rickmansworth site.

During this period:
Some rooms will temporarily be out of use
There will be occasional noise/disruption
Access routes inside the building may be adjusted for safety

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while these improvements are carried out.

The team will work hard to minimise disruption and maintain safe, efficient patient care throughout the works.

If you require any assistance or have concerns, please speak to a member of staff.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL

Our Christmas opening hours are as follows:
Christmas Eve (December 24): Open from 8AM to 6:30PM
Christmas Day (December 25): Closed
Boxing Day (December 26): Closed
New Year's Day (January 1): Closed

If you become unwell when the surgery is closed, please use the following NHS services:

NHS 111 Online: Visit 111.nhs.uk for help with medical problems that are urgent but not life-threatening.
Call 111: If you cannot get online, dial 111 (free from landlines and mobiles).
Call 999: Only in a life-threatening emergency (such as severe bleeding, chest pain, or breathing difficulties).

Despite several delays, the new car parking arrangements will come into force next MONDAY 24 MARCH. To avoid receiving a penalty, please ensure you register your vehicle details upon arrival at the surgery. Already we have noticed an improvement and are seeing parking spaces available more often than not for our patients.
