You are very welcome to join our yoga community in Rickmansworth and Watford & practice with us. We play with asanas, pranayamas and meditation techniques with an interest in becoming more intimate with the internal landscape. Weekly: Hatha yoga, Yin yoga in Rickmansworth and Watford
Monthly: Restorative Yoga workshops - last Friday of every month
Quarterly: Seasonal Yoga weekends - Loudwater Farm, Rickmansworth
Yearly: Summer Yoga Holidays in eco village Findhorn, Scotland
