So a friend told me off the other day…not posting enough…not being consistent…I said I find it hard to know what to post…she said tell people about the benefits of Reflexology…so here I am…random picture I know BUT one of the issues a lot of people suffer with is constipation…can Reflexology help 150% the areas you see on the picture here can all be treated a d affected by a Reflexology treatment…crazy right…I touch the right spot on your feet and I can have you cleared out within 24hours (no guarantees obvs but 9times out of 10 for sure!

What!? I hear you say...the answer: DRY JANUARY!?

I know there are so many motivational posts out there and I don't want to appear discouraging but sometimes the key is to have an achievable goal...do it but don't be harsh on yourself.

Disappointment/Shame/Guilt are not easy emotions to overcome so, please, lets not put ourselves in that situation...lets not set ourselves up for failure!

We all want to be a better version of ourselves in this new year and we absolutely can be but please remember to be KIND to yourself...
