At this point in time we are living in an extremely fast paced and overwhelming world. Mind Ur Body offers Massage, meditation and one to one Tai chi or Yoga classes designed specifically to build on your personal strengths and overcome your perceived limitation. Massage and exercise work well together to reverse negative effects of life stresses on the body and mind to help you develop a more proportional physique better confidence and concentration. Through my methods of training you can build strength, power and endurance whilst massage, can optimise the hard training and allow deeper relaxation to create a calm and focused mind. Seating on the Floor: Embracing a meditation position with a pillow under the sacrum can be a cost-effective alternative. Sitting cross-legged on the floor helps maintain spinal alignment and strengthens core muscles. However, it may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with existing mobility issues.
