A spiky massage ball is something I recommend to clients regularly, it is an easy at home tool for relieving tight sore muscles. The ball is nice and small and can reach precise tight spots like shoulders, back, glutes and feet.
Just a few minutes of gentle pressure can help your muscles relax, move more freely and recover faster.
Sometimes the smallest tools can make the biggest difference.
I’ve ordered online before ( yellow one) it’s firm but flexible, the others are a selection I got in Home Bargains, they are much firmer but very inexpensive.

🔥 Ever wondered why people have circular marks after cupping therapy?

Fire cupping creates gentle suction that helps release tight muscles, improve circulation, and support your body’s natural healing.

Many people feel looser, lighter, and deeply relaxed after treatment.

✨ Stiff muscles? Tight shoulders? Limited movement?

IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) helps to release tension, break down scar tissue, and improve mobility so your body can move and recover the way it should.

This treatment can help with:
✔ Muscle tightness
✔ Pain and tension
✔ Reduced range of motion
✔ Injury recovery
✔ Scar tissue and adhesions

Your body works hard for you every day — sometimes it just needs a little help to reset and restore balance.

IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) and Gua Sha are techniques that use specialised tools to gently work through tight or restricted soft tissue. They help to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, break down adhesions (knots), and support the body’s natural healing process.
Many clients find these treatments helpful for improving mobility, easing pain, and speeding up recovery from injuries or intense training.
These techniques can be especially effective for chronic tightness, scar tissue, and stubborn muscle restrictions that don’t always respond to massage alone.
If you’ve got an area that always feels tight, stiff, or “stuck”, IASTM / Gua Sha can be a game changer ✨✨✨
