✨✨Cupping Crater ✨✨

Cupping is a useful tool that can show a densification in the underlying tissue.

Densifications can cause:
✨ pain
✨ decreased flexibility
✨ limit range of movement of tissues & muscles.
With the use of cups and movement (Myofascial decompression) it can help to lift and separate the skin from the muscles and fascial layers to release tension, promote blood circulation and improve range of motion.

This was a client of mine that suffered from lower back issues.

⚡️⚡️ Plantar Fasciitis ⚡️⚡️

Have had some great feedback on recent treatments for Plantar Fasciitis. When working the foot you also want to look at the superficial back line of fascia that runs from the feet to the back of the head. You need to treat the feet, ankles, calves, glutes and erector spinae muscles.
Having introduced the heated and vibration mini scraper from along with their electric pulsating cups has increased the effectiveness of this treatment. Any queries please drop me a message 🦶🦶
