Did you know This week is Stress Awareness Week?

We understand the impact stress can have on both mental and physical health, and that taking a few moments for yourself really matters.

A short walk, a stretch, or a quick mindfulness exercise can make a big difference in how you feel and focus.

As part of this important week, we wanted to do something to help our team pause, unwind, and recharge, so we set up a range of games and mindfulness activities in our break room, giving everyone a chance to take a breather during the day.

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved in our Wear It Pink day in support of Breast Cancer Now! From bold pink outfits to an incredible bake sale and sweepstake, the Comax team went all out to raise funds for this amazing cause. 🎀

Your generosity and team spirit helped raise vital funds for breast cancer research and support and made the office look pretty in pink! 💕
