Did you know This week is Stress Awareness Week?
We understand the impact stress can have on both mental and physical health, and that taking a few moments for yourself really matters.
A short walk, a stretch, or a quick mindfulness exercise can make a big difference in how you feel and focus.
As part of this important week, we wanted to do something to help our team pause, unwind, and recharge, so we set up a range of games and mindfulness activities in our break room, giving everyone a chance to take a breather during the day.
