Comax February Impact Day – Fuelled by Pancakes! 🤩

This week we brought the team together for a little mid-week boost as part of our Impactculture initiative.

Impact isn’t just about strategy, targets or performance. It’s about people. Taking time to connect, recognise effort, and create moments that strengthen our culture.

And what better way to start the day than fresh pancakes!

A great way to start the day ☕🥐 (especially in what can feel like a VERY long month!!)

This morning we treated our teams to a healthy breakfast spread for our January Impact Day. A chance to slow down, enjoy some good food together, and say thank you to the people who make Comax what it is.

Impact Days are all about recognising the everyday efforts of our teams, supporting wellbeing, and creating space to connect

Today is , a day where we look to each other for support by sharing what’s on our mind over a cup of tea. We all know it can get a bit blue at the beginning of the year so we thought we’d also put on raffle and raise funds for who supports those with their mental health. Our lucky winner George snagged the winning ticket and won a lovely pick me up hamper. Thank you to all who took part in raising funds for this great cause. We hope you have a brewtiful day 💙🫖☕️
