It’s with a heavy heart that I’m closing this door.

Sadly, I’ve had no luck with finding a venue which would help me share my services with you for free.

After another follow up appointment with my sleep consultant, I’ve reflected and feel that I very much need to simplify my life to find peace in the night. The last puzzle piece to my personal healing journey ❤️‍🩹

Thank you to all the lovely families who have embraced Baby Massage, Calmer Stories and Family Yoga. I love that you are committed to your family’s bonding and wellbeing.

Thank you to all of the adoptive families who have opened their hearts, souls and homes to kids ‘like me’ and who are dedicated to bonding with them and for respecting them as individuals, their health and wellbeing. Yours were incredibly special sessions for me. I wish you all the very best with your adoption journeys and ultimately a lifetime of love, safety and happiness for your children.

I’m giving myself permission to focus on my ‘regular job’ and also allow myself actual FREE time. I teach children in care, who live in children’s homes. I’m still trying to support ‘kids like me’. I wouldn’t be me, if I wasn’t.

I’m very grateful to have become the adult I needed when I was a child, and I wholeheartedly share my voice for them ❤️‍🩹

Hi there, I’m just letting you know that I’ve made the tough decision to close down my website 😢

Inconceivable gratitude for my husband. For celebrating the highs with me, helping me up from the lows, supporting me while navigating the world of small businesses, helping me set up and tidy away, oh and for stopping the laptop being thrown through the window on many occasions…I’m such a 🦕 🤣. You help me bring my dreams to life, thank you 🙏🏻 ❤️

It’s a door I need to close for my own wellbeing, BUT, I am currently wearing my thinking cap to consider how I can still share my passion and love with my community in school holidays 🧢 🥰

This summer, I’m focusing on my marathon training plan and making my Loch Ness Marathon dream, a reality 🏃🏻‍♀️
