Back in in November 2018, I began to retrain as a Reflexologist, and so much as happened since then. I qualified in August 2019 after completing around 200 reflexology treatments, and I’ve actually now lost count of the amount I have delivered. I made a decision early on to purely work as a Reflexologist and not to dilute my business by adding on additional services such as massage or reiki. Since qualifying I have undertaken a variety of personal development courses and am now a qualified Facial Reflexologist and Thermal Auricular Therapist. I am now a Reproflexology Practitioner (Fertility Reflexology), and with Advanced Facial Reflexology & ZoneFace Lift added in the spring of 2021. I have also trained in Reflexology Lymph Drainage, and in 2022 added Menopause Reflexology to my list of services. Reflexology is a beautifully relaxing therapy to receive and it has many benefits but as we are all unique, I recommend trying a treatment for yourself before you make any assumptions.

Although I’m quite literally off my feet at the moment… my mind definitely isn’t 😊
This little pause has given me space to reflect, reset and think about how I’d like to gently evolve Kaye Booth Reflexology over the coming months.
I’m really excited to share that I begin distance learning next week so that I can introduce chakra-focused work into my practice ✨
Energy balance has always been something that naturally weaves into reflexology, and I’m looking forward to deepening my knowledge so I can offer even more intentional, supportive treatments when I’m back in my treatment room.
Sometimes a pause isn’t a stop… it’s preparation 💫

Happy Friday everyone 💛
Well… this has certainly been a very unusual week.
Following last weekend’s knee injury, I’ve been firmly in RICE mode — Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation — and doing my very best to be a “good patient” (which isn’t easy as I prefer to be the carer).
I’ve now been seen twice at Ripley Hospital and have an appointment with an Orthopaedic Consultant next Wednesday. Hopefully that will give me a clearer picture of the plan going forward and what treatment will look like for this cruciate ligament damage.
It’s frustrating being off my feet and unable to work, drive or even potter about as normal — but I’m reminding myself this is a chapter, not the whole story.
I have now blocked any new appointments in March on Fresha so that I can accommodate the clients I had to cancel this month. I will contact all of you as soon as I have a plan to return 🙏
Thank you again for all the lovely messages, patience and understanding. It genuinely means more than you know. I’m very much looking forward to being back doing what I love 👣 🙏
Wishing you all a calm, happy Friday whatever you’re up to.

A little personal update from me 🤍
On Sunday, while out walking my dogs, I suddenly felt a snap at the back of my left knee. It was completely unexpected and immediately obvious that something wasn’t right. Thankfully, my husband was with me, and the route we’d taken was accessible by car — so he was able to leave me safely where I was and return with the Jeep to get me home.
I’ve since been diagnosed with a cruciate ligament injury. My left leg is currently non-weight bearing, which means I’m unable to walk or drive for the time being, and I’m having to focus fully on rest and recovery while I wait for an urgent MRI referral.
This isn’t a situation I ever anticipated, and I know it may affect upcoming appointments. Please know I’ll be in touch directly with anyone impacted, and I’m so grateful for your patience, understanding, and kindness — it truly means more than I can say.
For now, healing has to come first 💫
Thank you for bearing with me and for being so supportive.

Sunday feels like the perfect pause button ✨
A slower pace, a cup of something warm, and a little time to think about the week (and months) ahead.
One thing I always encourage is planning ahead with your reflexology rather than waiting until everything feels a bit too much. Regular treatments can really help to keep stress levels balanced, support better sleep, ease tension, and give your body that gentle nudge back into calm before it starts shouting for attention.
Think of it as maintenance, not a last resort 💆♀️
A little time booked in for you can make a big difference to how you feel day to day.
If you’re looking ahead and thinking “I really should prioritise this,” now’s a lovely moment to get something in the diary. Future you will be very grateful.
✔️ Fact: Reflexology is based on anatomy and nerve pathways. It’s a practical, hands-on treatment that works with the body’s natural systems.
That said… the treatment room is calm, unhurried and nurturing — because feeling relaxed helps the body respond better. Some practitioners bring mindfulness into their work, but there’s no chanting, crystals or mysticism required 😉
Just skilled touch, trained techniques and time set aside for you.
If you’ve ever been curious but unsure, consider this your gentle nudge to ask questions and find out more 💬💜

After a busy week at Fizzio Fit, it’s time for a little diary update ✨
There are just 4 appointments remaining in February, and March is already starting to fill up too. If you’ve been meaning to get something booked in — whether it’s time to unwind, reset or simply press pause for an hour — now’s a good moment to have a look.
As always, thank you for keeping my couch busy and my diary full 💫
If you gifted one of my reflexology vouchers over Christmas — firstly, thank you so much 💜
Secondly… it might be time to give the recipient a gentle nudge 😉
February is almost fully booked and March is filling up quickly, so if your voucher is tucked away in a drawer somewhere, now’s the perfect moment to get a date in the diary.
I’d hate for anyone to miss out on some well-deserved relaxation ✨
If you’d like me to check availability or help with booking, just drop me a message 🙏

Peak post-treatment vibes 😴✨
This is exactly how relaxed you can expect to feel after a reflexology treatment with me at Fizzio Fit… totally switched off, heavy-limbed, and wondering how it’s acceptable to function normally afterwards.
If you fancy reaching this level of calm, have a little wander over to my new website to explore the treatment options, then click through to Fresha and book yourself in. Your nervous system will thank you 💆♀️💜
