Wednesday 22nd April ✨ 4pm - 8pm ✨

💞 Full use of the sauna and tubs

💞 will be offering

Facials, Back Massages or Reflexology

💞 Nibbles will be put on, protein drinks, tea/coffee etc

💞 £25 pp £5 deposit must be paid upon booking

WE ARE OPEN 💚💚💚💚

Wow, what a week it’s been.

A HUGE thank you to all the hands we had on deck this week - Dan, Darren, Kelvin, Paul, Chris, John for all the work they’ve put in to get the tubs and sauna up and running in just a week, painting, flooring, signs, blinds.. the job lot! 👏🏼

for coming and setting our treatments rooms up perfectly 🧘🏼‍♀️ how gorgeous!

Everyone who has ran around getting bits and bobs sorted last minute, you are god sends!

Ann, who puts her heart and soul into everything she does here - the space wouldn’t be what it is without you and our little touches 🌿🌶️

And lastly, all of our customers. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support and trust in us. This is why we do it. We said bigger and better in 26’ - it’s all for you guys.

WE ARE MOVING!

As of the 28th March, Thomas Henry House will no longer be home to Fire & Ice..

But don’t worry, we are moving and expanding.

A BIGGER & BETTER space.

More room to accommodate the volume, we want the best for you guys and want you to have the best experience when you visit us. That’s what it’s all about.

Moving will commence Saturday 28th March, making our last day.. tomorrow 🥲 (for a week) 😂 we won’t be out of action for long!

BIGGER & BETTER in 26’ we said and that’s exactly what we’re doing!

Tubs, sauna, treatment rooms and more. We won’t give too much away but we just want you all to know how grateful we are to every single person that’s walked through our doors and shown us support in any way. We hope to carry that over to our new location and absolutely smash it out the park!

We want this to be a wellness space, for YOU.

Last week’s Ladies Night 🩷🧘🏼‍♀️🌿

To all of our ladies as always, thank you SO much!!!

This night was so much fun. I remember looking at whipping some unreal Easter egg choc out and then seeing walking in next with the whole M&S collection 😂

We can’t praise our lovely ladies from enough! 💚

These nights wouldn’t be what they are without these women providing such an amazing Holistic experience. They really do put the work in, take their time and give the best results. Huge thank you!

2pm - 8pm we will be running Ladies Night -

Full use of the sauna

Full use of the cold tubs

We will be having back to offer either a facial or reflexology for our Ladies 🧖🏼‍♀️

You will leave with a goody bag from us as usual with a few little treats in there ✨

£25pp (includes £5 deposit that must be paid when making the booking to secure you/your groups slot)
