Hope Yoga Yorkshire Welcome to Hope Yoga Yorkshire. I believe if you have hope then anything is possible! Yoga classes for all abilities or private 1:1 sessions.

So join me on the mat, get connected to your breath, discover what your body can do and just see what happens! I am a RYT200 Hr Yoga Teacher and a fully insured member of the Yoga Alliance Professionals. I have also completed an Anatomy and Physiology for Yoga Course. I believe in connecting the mind, body and spirit, encouraging movement through breath to stretch and strengthen the body. Yoga is such a great tool for dealing with life's ups and downs, its a total body experience and you never regret getting on the mat! Yoga really is for everybody and every body.
