Well hello! 👋🏽

Just a little note to say I’m busy honeymooning in Sri Lanka, one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been! 🐘 🌞 🌴

For new diary entries / amendments to current bookings, I shall get in touch with you to organise these on my return, weekend of 21st Feb.

For now I’m going to soak all this in and make the most of every second! 🙏🏽✨

I’d like to say a huge thank you to all my lovely clients. Your support over the past year honestly means the world to me. I’m so grateful for every session, chat, and bit of trust you place in me. ❤️

Now, it is January — the month of “new year, new you,” green smoothies, and suddenly wanting to fix your entire life by February. 🙈 I promise that’s not what this is about. No pressure, no reinvention — just a gentle reminder that after the festive chaos, it’s okay to slow down and look after yourself a bit.

I hit the big 4️⃣0️⃣ recently!

I was lucky enough to celebrate in Morocco in the sunshine - I made the most of every single ray! 🌞

Feeling very thankful for the people in my life and for the work I get to show up for every day.
Reflexology has become a part of who I am, and I’m looking forward to seeing where the next decade takes me.

Here’s to 40, I’ve never felt more ME! 🕺🏽

Heyyy! 👋🏽

It’s been a while since I last posted, I thought I’d hop on and give you a couple of life updates..

✨ Well, I’m a married woman now! 😆🤗 We haven’t received our photos as yet but I’ll be sure to share on here when we do. I was so overwhelmed by the sheer amount of love, gifts and kind words throughout this special time and it honestly made the experience even more magical. Thank you.

✨ I’m now settled back into my wonderful reality of treating you lovely clients. Im still offering treatments from my therapy space in Ripon Mondays to Thursdays, and from Pure Treatment Rooms in Wetherby on Fridays. To book, message directly or contact me through my website. Link above ⬆️

✨ I’m also excited to say, I’ve just signed up to do a Hot & Cold Stone Reflexology Course! All being well I will be able to add this treatment as an option in time for the winter.

Wellness is everywhere and honestly it’s beautiful to see people taking care of themselves.

But, you don’t need to optimize every part of your life to be well.
You don’t need to have all the answers.
You’re allowed to just be.

Sometimes the best form of self-care is laughing with your friends, dancing in your kitchen, or doing something just because you enjoy it. No purpose, no plan — just presence.

Wellness shouldn’t be a trend, it should be a general feeling. One that comes when you’re connected to yourself, not a checklist. ❤️
