Two hours of gentle movement, breathing and sound to create a deep sense of calm and connection in the mind and body. This is a beautiful and nourishing practice designed to leave you grounded and centred. Frayah will lead you through a breathing and yoga practice to help prepare the mind and body for Sarah to carry you in to a multi instrumental sound bath where you will lie comfortably in relaxation bathed in the vibrations of the instruments.
