While the world celebrates a calendar New Year, we know this is not the Witch’s New Year.
Our true turning of the wheel comes later,
when the earth itself speaks — not the clock.

Still, this moment holds power.

A breath between chapters.
A time to reflect on what has been survived, released, and learned.

As witches, we honour cycles, not deadlines.
There is no rush to transform.
No pressure to “start over.”
Only the gentle invitation to shed what no longer belongs to you.

In witchcraft, healing, and shadow work, sound is medicine.

Before words, before ritual tools, before spellcraft — there was vibration.
Sound healing works on a soul-deep level.
Every cell in the body holds frequency, and when trauma, pain, or heavy magic settles in, those frequencies become distorted. Sound gently realigns what has been knocked out of balance.

But here is the truth not spoken about enough:

🌑 Dark work without light creates imbalance.
🌕 Light without shadow creates fragility.

When we work with the darker aspects of magic — protection, banishment, curse breaking, deep shadow healing — we must bring light back in. Sound is one of the safest, most powerful ways to do this.

✨ Singing bowls soothe the nervous system
✨ Voice activates truth and release

Sound bridges worlds.

I absolutely love giving a shout-out to a small local business whenever I can 💜

Last night I was lucky enough to book a session with Sound Healing Magic with Liz and honestly… what an experience 🤩

I arrived completely burnt out, with a painfully blocked ear 🙈 and very nearly talked myself out of going because I felt so drained. I’m so glad I didn’t. From the moment I stepped into the space, the energy shifted — calm, grounding, and instantly soothing.

Liz is warm, professional, and immediately puts you at ease. Once the session began, I was taken right out of it — something I’ve never experienced with sound healing before. I drifted away into my own little world from start to finish 🤭 Only certain sounds broke through at times (clearly the ones I needed most), and while it felt a little strange because it was new, it was also absolutely magical.

By the end, I felt deeply relaxed, centred… and my ear was noticeably better ✨
Safe to say, I’ll be booking again — at this rate I’ll be one of her regulars 🤭🙈

🖤✨ Not Every Witch Is Love & Light ✨🖤

Some of us protect.
Some of us cleanse.
Some of us curse.
Some of us hold the line so others don’t have to.

There is a side of witchcraft that isn’t soft, pretty, or aesthetic.

It is grounded. It is deliberate. It is done with knowledge, consent, and consequence in mind.
Dark or baneful work is not something to dabble in.

It requires experience, protection, and a deep understanding of who you are working with and why. This is why it is safer for me to do this work rather than someone acting from emotion, anger, or curiosity.

I know my spirits.
I know my protections.
I know my limits.

Every working is approached with warding, grounding, and aftercare—not just for the client, but for myself and my space. Nothing is done impulsively. Nothing is done without balance being considered.

This path isn’t about revenge for the sake of it.
It’s about justice, protection, and energetic boundaries when all other avenues have failed.
Not every witch is meant to walk this road—and that’s okay.

Some of us walk it so others don’t get hurt trying.
