We’re seeing a significant rise in respiratory illnesses this winter, and unfortunately several members of our clinical team have already been affected. To help protect our staff (and keep our healthcare professionals available for appointments!) we kindly ask:
If you have a cough, cold, flu symptoms or any respiratory illness, please wear a mask when entering the surgery.

Masks are available at reception if you don’t have one.

We’ve been made aware that some patients have received scam phone calls claiming to be from our GP practice. These callers may ask you to press a button or click a link to “update your details.” Please do not follow these instructions.

✅ How to verify a genuine call:
If we contact you, our official practice number will always be displayed. If you’re unsure whether a call is legitimate, please hang up and call us directly on 01765 690666. A member of our reception team will be happy to confirm whether we have tried to reach you.

Please share this message with friends and relatives who may not use social media, so they can stay safe too.
