In Ftatesons Tate Garden Centre yesterday, with Slimming World Boroughbridge and we enjoyed an on plan lunch. We asked for no dressing on the salad and we had flowers instead, 🌼🌺

After a great Wednesday yesterday with the Ripon Slimming World members, I attended my own Slimming World group this morning. I shared my top tip of chopping up your fruit so its ready for breakfasts or snacking on.... I said 'I will show you my melons' 🤣🤣🤦‍♀️
