We had a captivating concert by the wonderful Duncan on Friday to celebrate here at Sycamore Hall Care Home-Hill Care. Thanks to everyone who came to listen and for all the donations. We were able to donate £48.10 to Dementia Forward which is fantastic.

The team at Sycamore Hall Care Home were deeply touched to receive a beautiful card from Kate, the GP who has worked closely with us and our residents.

In her message, Dr. Kate shared how much she enjoyed being part of the Sycamore Hall family, saying she always felt welcomed as one of the team. She spoke of the care, dedication and compassion shown by our colleagues every day, and how Wednesday afternoons spent with our residents were “the highlight of the working week.”

We’re so grateful for Dr. Kate’s kindness, support and friendship over the years — she has truly made a difference to the lives of our residents and team alike. 💙

We wish her every success in her next chapter and we’ll be sure to save her a spot at the next tombola! 🎟️😊
