In a world that feels heavy, fast, and demanding…
many women are holding everything together quietly.
Looking after everyone else.
Pushing through when they’re exhausted.
Keeping going when their nervous system is asking for rest.
Smiling when inside they feel overwhelmed,
disconnected, or just not themselves.
The Women’s Wellbeing Circle is a space where you don’t have to do that.
It’s a gentle, supportive evening where you can come exactly as you are — no pressure, no expectations, no need to have the right words.
Each circle begins with a complimentary herbal tea, a planned theme with prompts, followed by an open sharing space where you can talk if you want to, or simply listen and be held in the energy of the group.
Everything shared stays in the room, and everyone is met with kindness, respect and understanding.
We then move into a guided meditation with sound elements to help calm the nervous system, soften the body, and allow the mind to slow down.
You’ll be lying comfortably with blankets, pillows, and cosy touches to help you fully relax, while the sounds of bowls, drum, and gentle instruments support you into a deep state of rest.
We always finish with a poem or reflection, giving you a moment to come back to yourself before heading home feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
This circle isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about having somewhere you can put things down for a while.
A space to rest.
A space to connect.
A space to just be you.
