My name is Wendy and I am an experienced Reflexologist and Complementary Therapist based in Caerphilly, South Wales, and a firm believer in taking an holistic approach to healing. Through my practice, I offer a range of alternate holistic treatments for women, men and children that are aimed at reducing stress, tension and anxiety to help align and promote well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy. I started on my holistic journey in July 2019, when I decided I needed to do something for myself which I knew I would truly enjoy, and which would enable me to help others. So in July 2019 I enrolled on a VTCT Level 3 Reflexology course at Coleg y Cymoedd, Nantgarw, and currently studying Aromatherapy and Massage at Coleg Gwent, Crosskeys.

I’m delighted to share that I will be attending the All Things Spiritual Fayre on Sunday 29th March, held at the Holiday Inn, The Coldra, Newport (NP18 2YG) from 10am to 4pm.

It’s set to be a lovely day filled with spiritual exploration, healing, workshops, readings and a beautiful selection of spiritual stalls.

🌿 I’ll be offering taster sessions in reflexology – including face, feet and hands – a perfect chance to relax, reset and experience the benefits of this gentle, restorative therapy.

Entry is just £2, and there’s a free gift for the first 50 people!
