My name is Wendy and I am an experienced Reflexologist and Complementary Therapist based in Caerphilly, South Wales, and a firm believer in taking an holistic approach to healing. Through my practice, I offer a range of alternate holistic treatments for women, men and children that are aimed at reducing stress, tension and anxiety to help align and promote well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy. I started on my holistic journey in July 2019, when I decided I needed to do something for myself which I knew I would truly enjoy, and which would enable me to help others. So in July 2019 I enrolled on a VTCT Level 3 Reflexology course at Coleg y Cymoedd, Nantgarw, and currently studying Aromatherapy and Massage at Coleg Gwent, Crosskeys.

depending on your needs)

I offer treatments from 30 to 120 minutes, and every treatment can be beautifully tailored to meet your individual requirements. If there’s a combination of treatments you’d love to experience, please ask for further information and pricing — I’ll be happy to create something bespoke just for you.

Friday 27th – 2:30 & 4.00pm
