A peaceful end to 2025 as we spotted the almost-full moon gazing down at the memorial park’s twinkling Christmas tree lights lastnight. Looking for a way to help you stay on track with your daily nutritional supplement regime when you're out and about all day? Check out this handy little tin I purchased at The Hive in Risca. Big enough for at least a days worth of capsules, but also small enough to pop in your bag or pocket - super handy!
They also come in a range of funky designs 🤩
I'm sure these are meant to store spare buttons etc. but I've certainly discovered another purpose for them! 😆

There may not be a waiting room at my Crickhowell clinic...but if you have some spare time before/after an appointment, I highly recommend 'Halo' cafe, located within The Courtyard, just a few doors up from where I'm based at Wellness at The Courtyard.
There's gluten-free and vegan cakes, as well as proper loose leaf decaf tea! 🫖☕🍰
