Stephen and Tom have had a particularly busy start to the new year, stepping up during recent staff changes and while Collette has been on maternity leave.👩🏻‍🍼

They have taken on the care of many additional patients, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. They have done a brilliant job, and we are incredibly grateful for their hard work, commitment, and positive attitude during this time. Even while dealing with some of the seasonal bugs going around, they have continued to prioritise patient safety by wearing masks and delivering excellent care.🫶

We’re delighted to welcome Jakub to the clinic! 👋

He’s already completed a busy and successful first shift. Jakub is a fully qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with over 14 years’ experience. He qualified at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, and works with patients of all ages, offering ear wax removal, personalised noise protection, and advanced hearing aid fittings 🦻

He’s also taken part in hearing missions to Armenia with the Starkey Hearing Foundation, helping over 3,000 people hear better—an experience that truly shows the life-changing power of hearing care 🌍

Outside of work, Jakub is a proud parent who loves music, travel, and staying active 🫶
