We have a power outage in the Risca area. National grid are aware and dealing with the issue to reconnect us.

From 2nd February we will be launching our automated telephony system. Patients will be able to book and cancel appointments, request sick notes, raise admin requests etc.
Staff will be at hand to assist patients with the new system if you need help and advice

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is required to carry out a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment every five years. This helps us understand whether pharmacy services in Gwent meet the needs of local communities.
We are inviting people to share their views by completing a short questionnaire. Your support in promoting this survey will make a real difference.
The questionnaire asks about:
• What pharmacy services are currently available and where
• Opening times and accessibility
• Whether services meet people’s needs
• The dispensing service provided by some GP practices in rural areas
Responses will help us identify any gaps, such as areas that may need a pharmacy or services that should be expanded.
The survey is anonymous, and any personal data will be handled in line with our privacy policy. Please do not include any information that could identify you or others.

We have a 20 hour Receptionist vacancy at North Celynen Practice. Applicants must have office or reception experience to be considered for interview.

The 20 hours for the role are:
Monday and Thursday: 8am - 12 noon
Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday: 2:30 - 6:30

The early starts and late finishing times are essential as they help support the Practice being open from 8am - 6:30.
