From the 1st of April we will no longer have access to eConsult via our website.
Unfortunately funding has been withdrawn. However you can still access the practice digitally and continue to book appointments via the NHS Wales app and through our automated telephone system.

We have a power outage in the Risca area. National grid are aware and dealing with the issue to reconnect us.

We are now live. You can access the system by calling the 24/7 telephone number or contacting the surgery as normal and pressing the relevant option.

From 2nd February we will be launching our automated telephony system. Patients will be able to book and cancel appointments, request sick notes, raise admin requests etc.
Staff will be at hand to assist patients with the new system if you need help and advice
