I am a God mum and an Auntie Deb's! I am a lover of animals, nature and life. I am a teacher of people and a storyteller. I believe children are our greatest gift and also our biggest teachers! I've worked with children and adults for over 25 years and I am grateful for each experience, each person and each lesson life has offered me.

Week 3 of my wellbeing club.

Today we explored when you focus your attention on what you like and have you feel good 👍😊

We played 'ping pong like' and took it in turns to say what we liked and had in our lives - there were smiles all round while doing this! 😁

Next we spoke about Gratitude - The art of being thankful.
We created Gratitude Jars and filled them with with what we were grateful for in our lives.

It was beautiful to see the children passing notes to each other as they had written what they were grateful for about each of their friends ✨❣️

You see what you focus on! I smiled as I went into the bathroom this morning. There on the bathroom mat was a heart shape ❣️. Beau my gorgeous cat 🐾 had been scratching my yoga mat while I slept and obviously been in the bathroom to sit in the bath (as he often does 🙈) and the remnants of his scratching activities were left on my bathroom mat - a piece of yoga mat in a perfect heart shape from Beau to me ❣️❣️🐾🐾❣️❣️
