I am a God mum and an Auntie Deb's! I am a lover of animals, nature and life. I am a teacher of people and a storyteller. I believe children are our greatest gift and also our biggest teachers! I've worked with children and adults for over 25 years and I am grateful for each experience, each person and each lesson life has offered me.

The reality of life!!

When I ACCEPT that Beau goes wherever he wants despite my efforts to keep him out - I am then able to look at what is AVAILABLE FOR ME TO MOVE FORWARD in the situation.

I choose to clean the sink before I use it - this is responding to life!

When I DON'T ACCEPT the situation and I want it to be different than it is, I moan and complain about Beau - ensuring that I stay stuck and suffer. This is reacting to life!

You don't have to like or condone what is happening, but to ACCEPT the reality of it, allows YOU to explore what is available for YOU to move forward in the situation in a much more helpful, healthier and kinder way.
