Before and after a session with a little one ...

This morning I had the pleasure of introducing EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to a mum and her little boy.

There are always fidget toys to play with, biscuits to munch on, a blanket for comfort, and lots of different ways to learn about what we are focusing on.

We read a story, ordered pictures, repeated rhymes, played guess the picture, used teddy tapping and had fun together.

Support sheets were given to mum to continue the 'tapping' (EFT) at home.

It is such a pleasure to spend time with people ☺️😁☺️😁

This is being truly heard and to be 'heard' is a wonderful experience.
