Deluxe reflexology includes a foot soak with magnesium salts followed by salt scrub using Himalayan salts in a blend of relaxing essential oils. Reflexology treatment including a foot and calf massage all whilst indulging in a heated eye mask!

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

This is a beautiful relaxing treatment.

Ive been asked about The Retreat Indian head massage, and what it includes… so here it is :-)

We start with a “real” back massage … not a gentle rub of the shoulders, but a full back massage using a preblend of essential oils to help you and your muscles relax. - If you’ve chosen bamboo or hot stones, these will be used during your back massage.

Then we come to the head massage… you know when you go to the hairdressers and they massage your scalp… it’s that, but it lasts longer, nice slow deep massaging strokes.

Then we turn you over and its a cleanse of the face before a wonderfully soothing and relaxing massage of the face to include pressure point massage, this is done again with a wonderful preblend of essential oils to help nourish the skin.

Then a scalp massage to the front of the scalp, before a double cleanse, tone and moisturise of the face.

I do not use oils in the hair, unless you wish me to!
