From September 1st I will be donating 10% of all my client fees to https://gofund.me/2d6c5039. I am running with 3 others a 10k event in Burton on Trent to raise money for Cancer for two very special people who are going through this horrible cancer journey.

Crossed the line for a million steps today, the million steps for Ella will continue as does her fight with Hodgkins Lymphoma… then and maybe then we stop walking so onto 2 million with the intention to heal… now I start running a little and get there sooner (I said running a little)

Telling people to or constantly wearing a brave face, isn’t always the best advice or action. Wearing that brave face constantly may be masking how you really feel, so it’s ok to take it off and tell people how you feel and not suffer in silence. Be aware enough when your telling someone that as too actually they need your ear and support not being told to mask.
