Good morning,

I wanted to let you all know that Samantha Roberts Reflexology, as we know it, is changing.

As with many of us, the demands of current financial pressures mean that I have had no choice but to take paid employment, resulting in a significant reduction in availability of reflexology appointments.

I will still have a presence at AT ONE Therapy and Wellbeing, and to support the needs of some clients, on occasion will offer appointments from my home. The details of appointment availability will be posted on here at a later date.

Bookings will be made directly through me, via WhatsApp or FB Messenger, as my online system, website and Instagram page will close.

As existing appointments will be honoured, unless I contact you directly to say otherwise, as will outstanding gift vouchers.

I am so grateful for the support, friendship and love that my clients and colleagues have brought me over the past few years, and look forward to providing, albeit with a slightly different look, a service that brings you a deeper sense of calm and wellbeing.

I use Songbirds Natural Reflexology Wax for all my treatments. This is a 100% natural blend of beeswax and essential oils, which supports and enhances the experience. A vegan alternative is also available.

Please note: Songbirds state all products are 100% nut free, however, that do state that their nut-free products are manufactured in the same facility as the products that contain almond oil.

Do you ever wonder why holistic and complimentary therapists talk about relaxation and reduction of stress so much? Quite simply, because of the known impact that long-term and unmanaged stress has on our physical and mental bodies and the resultant implications to our health.

Stress is a natural physiological response to any situation that threatens or challenges our well-being, which helps us to cope with difficult situations.

Good morning to you all and a Happy New Year. Please forgive the recent radio silence, as I treated the break as just that. A switch off, a step back, and precious time to spend with family and friends.

I'm looking forward to the coming months, meeting and treating clients, both new and existing!

I'm not really one for big statements of intent, resolutions and the like, but as the ultimate procrastinator I did enjoy the sentiment in the picture posted.

What a fantastic pictorial guide showing how we can keep ourselves topped up at this time of year.

I am off to spend a few days in Cornwall with a dear friend, and intend to do them all! Although, seeing the sunrise might be a challenge due to both the weather and the fact that I love my bed!

Normal service will resume on Monday 11th with appointments available at 12 noon and 2pm. Further availability on Friday 15th and the week before Christmas too.

Good morning all!

I wasn't sure whether a picture to reflect the crispness of the weather or an over filled advent calendar sums up the 1st of December best, but as we know, therapy comes in many forms.

Whatever this month brings for you all, I wish you well and hope you navigate it. with joy and a sense of purpose.

If you find yourself struggling, then an hour of self care will help.

Whilst reflexology cannot find the perfect present for the tricky recipients in your life, it will calm the nervous system and dampen the stress response, whilst easing physical discomfort, through deep relaxation, and generally take you away from the seasonal chaos for a short while.
