​Hello and welcome to Inneflow, where we provide, Coaching, Reiki and Sound Therapy to help you go from where you are to where you want be, emotionally, physically or spiritually and to help you navigate the journey of life. You may have gone through a life changing experience, which could be grief or loss related, had breakdown in your relationship, at a crossroads in your career, you may be feeling lost, lacking direction, purpose or motivation; or you may just need some time out for you to just completely rest, relax and rebalance. Inneflow can help you by holding a therapeutic space for you, where you can emotionally let go, and then grow using holistic coaching techniques, Reiki which is a natural complementary, non intrusive energy based 1-2-1 therapy and Sound therapy which can be done 1-2-1 or you may join a group Soundbath Meditation session. All of which can help you feel more relaxed, reduce stress and anxiety, relieve aches and pains as well as allowing you to grow personally and spiritually.

It's been another great week for Sound Baths, at The Roade House Yoga Studio on Wednesday and the Fearless Fit Hub, Tomorrow we are returning to Sound Bath Meditation at Mursley Village Hall for our 3rd Friday Gong Bath... we have a few spaces left. Had an amazing time with Fanita Bah this past weekend for our overnight Sound Immersion on Isle of Wight. Our next overnight Puja event will be in Milton Keynes on the 7th March, where will be be joined by Lalita, .yoga and Kerry
