Happy Weekend everyone! Its International Dance Day! You don't have to be a professional Latin dancer or a Ballerina to enjoy dancing. Its a great exercise for everyone! Its a good cardio activity as well as releasing the lovely feel good serotonin. Especially if its to your favourite music and its dancing in your kitchen (my favourite!) Morning guys! We are in the middle of a very important week for me - MS awareness week. Since 2019 and I was diagnosed, raising awareness for this disease has been really important to me, and the reason I trained as a Nutritional Therapist. So little is know abut the disease and how it manifests in the body; are we born with it? is it environmental factors? is it caused by a virus? is it due to lack of vitamin D? Is it due to a leaky gut? is it due to stress and adrenal fatigue? More research is needed into finding the root of the disease, as well as treatment to help slow down progression. I hope in my lifetime a cure if found for the disease. Sending a massive hug to anyone who has symptoms, is waiting for scans or to be diagnosed, has been recently diagnosed or those who are struggling day-to-day with some debilitating symptoms this disease can present. This is the reason I made one of my programmes, "Relapse to Renew", to help people who have been diagnosed with MS or other Autoimmune conditions, using methods I have used to help support my condition (physically and mentally) From a fellow MS warrior to another

Happy Asparagus day! And happy Sunday of course :) Whether you love it or leave it, asparagus is a little powerhouse of nutrients! Its a great source of fibre and vitamins A, C and K. Its full of antioxidants and folic acid and great for gut health! It cleverly contains copper too, a mineral that helps with energy production and iron absorption. I absolutely love this little green veggie!! What are you thoughts? Fave recipe - Salmon and asparagus tagliatelle.

Easter Holidays = busy days! Breakfasts are consisting of smoothies this week! On the plus side, I’m not a huge fan of avocado so hiding it in a smoothie seems the best way to get the superfood 🙈 oat milk, coconut yoghurt, 1/2 avocado, blueberries raspberries and flaked almonds. Definitely a pancake kind of morning ☔️ I’ve started using tofu a lot recently in meals and recipes and I’m loving it! There is even tofu in these bad boys ❤️ there are so many health benefits to tofu - they are high in protein, antioxidants and an anti-inflammatory food. Vegan friendly too! I find Silken Tofu best for meals like this. Get to keep you full till lunch. Happy Thursday everyone! ☕️

Good morning everyone! Happy Weekend! What’s happened to the weather?! No walk along the beach today! I’ve been enjoying this homemade granola the past few weeks. Made with oats, mixed seeds, hazelnuts, 70% dark choc and coconut oil. Served with coconut yog and whatever berries I have to hand! Filling and full of healthy fats, vitamin E and antioxidants! Good morning! Happy Friday! Where has this week gone? The weeks seem to be going faster and faster these days - I wonder why that is? Maybe its because we are so busy all the time, so distracted with things that suck our time. I'm guilty of it too! But there is nothing better than taking time to live in the moment, aware from the distractions and devices. This helps time to slow down and you can land back in the very moment we are living in. Why not take a digital detox or aim to reduce the time spent on the distractions this weekend and see if you feel more relaxed and grounded :) Have a lovely weekend all!
