Morning guys! We are in the middle of a very important week for me - MS awareness week. Since 2019 and I was diagnosed, raising awareness for this disease has been really important to me, and the reason I trained as a Nutritional Therapist. So little is know abut the disease and how it manifests in the body; are we born with it? is it environmental factors? is it caused by a virus? is it due to lack of vitamin D? Is it due to a leaky gut? is it due to stress and adrenal fatigue? More research is needed into finding the root of the disease, as well as treatment to help slow down progression. I hope in my lifetime a cure if found for the disease. Sending a massive hug to anyone who has symptoms, is waiting for scans or to be diagnosed, has been recently diagnosed or those who are struggling day-to-day with some debilitating symptoms this disease can present.
