🎄 Ready for Christmas? Don't worry we aren't either!

🥛 Have you thought about feeding over Christmas? Will there be a change to your routine or are you having a quiet one? What can you do to ease things?

🥳 We will be exploring these themes tomorrow, as well as providing the usual support (latch issues, expressing, concerns about milk supply, cluster feeding, squeaky b***s, painful b***s and much more!....you name it we support it!!)

Perhaps you've had lots of support but you're still in pain? Often one little tweak can make the world of difference. Let us help you.

🎅 Support over Christmas. Please note that we are open:

Wednesday 31st December at The Moat Practice - Moat Osteopaths (pre book only, see details below)

The session on New Years Eve (31st) will be pre book only, even the night before is ok, but do WhatsApp us. We will be running the session from The Moat Practice - Moat Osteopaths as the Youth Centre is closed on this date.

Christmas Eve - please note we are closed.

😊 UPDATE- the group is definitely running! Natalia and her trusty assistant are able to run it. ❤️

👋 How's your week been? Perhaps everything was going swimmingly but now you've hit a bump in the road, or perhaps you're loving Breastfeeding but need to meet other mums in the same position as you to help you work out what is normal for your baby's age and stage. Whichever camp you fit into, the group is your safe space.

🌟 We are here for you every step of the way even if your journey hasn't gone to plan. Pregnancy, birth and beyond.

🎄 This week we will be ramping up the Christmas vibes! Making a few decorations for the Salehurst Christmas tree festival for those that want to, and also making some cards for you to take home.

🚂: 5-10 min walk from the train station
💰: Nothing, thanks to the generosity of local businesses and organisations.

All feeding methods supported. Specialist breastfeeding support. We are independent of the NHS but are recommended by them and receive referrals from health visitors and midwives.

How's your week been? Perhaps you've just had your baby. Is this stage what you expected? Are you in pain with feeding or is it going well? Perhaps your baby is struggling in the evenings and you feel they aren't getting enough milk. We can help with all these things and much more.

# group has been running for over 5 years. We have been the trusted space for many mums. We are not an NHS group but are trusted by the NHS to give expert support.

We are a friendly bunch and many a mum has met a lifelong friend for both them and their baby at this group. We'd love to welcome you into the fold! All welcome regardless of how you're feeding, mixed, exclusively pumping, exclusively breastfeeding, combi feeding, everyone is welcome.

So:

🕰️ When: Wednesday's, 10.30-12pm (come when you can)
🏠 Where: Robertsbridge Youth Centre, TN32 5BU
🚗 Parking: Easy, 2 second walk on George Hill
🚂 Train: 5-10 min walk depending how much sleep you've had.
Cost: nothing, nada, zero! As we are funded by local businesses who recognise that supporting mums should be a number one priority!

That's the point at which you need specialist help from a place that's dedicated to you and your little ones breastfeeding journey. It's the season of coughs and colds, regardless of whether you exclusively feed or combi feed, giving breastmilk can really help. Within 20 mins of being exposed to an infection, your body has made antibodies which are present in your breastmilk. How incredible is that....milk is medicine!

To find out more and ask any burning questions you may have about feeding, expressing, using ni**le shields or if you're facing challenges in general with feeding, do come along on Wednesdays. You'll receive a warm welcome, support and if we can't help you, we will point you in the direction of someone who can. 👌
