Therapy is only for crises — Actually, it helps with growth, clarity, and prevention, too.

Talking won’t change anything — Therapy uses proven tools that shift habits, thoughts, and outcomes.

Therapy means something is ‘wrong’ with me — No, it means you’re human and taking proactive steps for your wellbeing.

One session should fix it — Real healing takes time, patience, and consistency.
Therapy is the same for everyone — It’s tailored to your unique needs, culture, and goals.

Therapy is not about weakness — it’s about wisdom.
