I see a lot of children exploring paint and producing art like on the left each and everyone loves their painting, it’s a freeing activity! Please don’t be afraid to let your children create mess. At times life is messy!

I despise the term attention-seeking and I’m constantly baffled when a parent or carer says something along the lines of they’re attention seeing so I just ignore it. 🤦‍♀️ connection seeking just makes more sense to describe what is really happening. ☺️
