We are delighted to announce our 'Women's Peri/Menopause Support Workshop' on Sunday 23rd July, 1-3.30 pm. (This is an approximate end time as we are known to like a chat :-).
So looking forward to sharing a space where we can all learn from each other, ways to help us on our journey and come away feeling more connected as women, less alone and more at peace.
This is a great opportunity to share your feelings and understand you're not on your own.
We will go into a deep breathwork session which will undoubtedly enable you to release any pent up emotions...like rage/sadness etc, that you may have been trying to suppress.
Natalie and I will be there to support you wholeheartedly so that you come out feeling way way better than when you arrived.....lighter and with some tools to make life easier moving forwards. And more than anything, a sense of community....with deeper connections to others as well as yourself.
So looking forward to sharing the space with you all.
