This year’s theme, “This Is My Place,” highlights the importance of safety, belonging, and connection in supporting children’s wellbeing. At MPS, these values sit at the heart of our work and are reflected in our PACE parenting approach, using Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy to help children feel seen, safe, and understood.

This quote shows how MPS PACE training has impacted a foster carer who took part.

✔️ How insecure attachment shows up in everyday behaviour
✔️ Trauma-informed ways to strengthen safety, trust, and connection

✔️ How trauma affects children’s ability to settle and stay asleep

✔️ Practical, trauma-informed strategies to support better rest
