Find Your Balance

Find your Balance specializes in spiritual healing through using the traditional form of Reiki originated from Japan and developed by Dr Usui. It will be situated in the heart of Norden Village and provides a little haven of peace and tranquillity where clients can escape the routine of their everyday lives and enjoy an enlightening experience. Reiki will enhance the health and well-being of all those who receive. The sessions are one to one with the client and myself, who will start with a consultation and informal discussion. Here I will explain in further detail what a client may experience within the session. Afterwards the client will relax on a massage bed, close their eyes, listen to some relaxing music and receive the healing for the duration of their appointment. As a Reiki practitioner, I channel the energies through my hands by placing them on or above the client’s body in various positions. This spiritual process gives the client what they need as I channel to balance their energies. When they leave the session they should feel an immediate improvement in their wellbeing and in the following days to come. Crystals will also be used to aid the healing process. Please be fully reassured that all sessions are Private and confidential and appointment days can be flexible to meet some client’s needs
