We’re incredibly proud to share that our Living Well CVD approach — delivered by Public Health Rochdale in partnership with Living Well — is now being recognised as a gold standard model for tackling health inequalities.

Being named a Finalist at the 2026 MJ Awards in London is an honour — but seeing this approach recognised as a model of best practice is something truly special.

A huge thank you to our incredible community engagement team, volunteers, partners, and residents. This is what happens when communities lead the way.
