Prepping for the hayfever season.
Last thing Ed needs whilst revising and sitting GCSEs in the coming months is to be suffering with hayfever and congestion.
Acupuncture to boost immunity and clear sinuses needs to be administered at least a month prior to various pollens start to bloom.

❤️ST 36 is probably one of the most used acupuncture point in clinical practice. It’s the Jack of all trade!
- It needs to be part of the treatment protocol for any digestive issues. It boosts the immune system & expels pathogens, and tonifies Qi & Blood for fatigue.
- It’s also used for maintaining good health as a preventative acupuncture point!
- Instructing patients to acupressure ST 36 daily is a great way to support their health!
- I often show parents how to acupressure it on their kids or babies with digestive issues, because it works really quickly for them!

Re introducing Dry Cupping Therapy.
Cupping therapy/ massage acts as a 'vacuum' allowing the tissue to be lifted upwards and brings blood and lymph to the area which is said to be promoting circulation, healing and assisting with a range of motion issues.
Circular marks can be left on the skin 4- 10 days depending on the condition. The darker 5he the mark, the more stagnation there is in the muscles.
