Hi everyone,

As the days start to grow a little darker and murkier, it’s easy to feel a bit heavier in ourselves. This is the perfect time to stay connected—with each other and with our bodies. Keep moving gently, keep showing up for yourself.
We’re also coming up to the holiday season, which can be stressful for parents and challenging mentally for many of us. This is when our practice can really support us most, so please do your best to keep it up—it makes such a difference.

A quick update: there will be no cover in November as I'll be here every week right through until Christmas.

A little housekeeping note: I kindly ask that all classes are paid for before attendance, ideally 24 hours in advance. For those who pay cash each week and have always done so, that’s absolutely fine—please keep doing what works for you.

Thank you all for being part of this lovely community. Let’s keep moving, breathing, and supporting one another through the season ahead.
