1. It's ok to take care of the small things first
2. There's nothing wrong with asking for help
3. It is important to set boundaries
4. I have time to slow down and take a break
5. I am doing the best I can
6. Not everything is in my control
7. I don't have to have the answers right now

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is just... breathe. Slow down. Let yourself be human.

Your nervous system needs permission to rest. Your mind needs reminding that you're doing enough.

With over 25 years of experience supporting adults and children in social care, I understand life's challenges. I trained as a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist because I've seen first-hand how powerful this gentle, future-focused approach can be.
Here's the science: Hypnotherapy works with your brain's natural ability to change. When we're relaxed, our brains produce more alpha waves, allowing the subconscious mind to be more receptive to positive suggestions. This helps rewire unhelpful thought patterns and creates new neural pathways - essentially teaching your brain healthier ways to respond to stress, anxiety, and challenges.
